Austen Family Album - 2

Atingida a semana 36 e como tal o último bloco do Austen Family Album Quilt.

Foi uma tarefa às vezes fácil outras nem tanto mas, já está!

Agora há que preparar a união dos blocos e para uma antevisão de como irá ficar,  nada melhor que o EQ7 para nos dar uma ajudinha...

Having reached week 36 also have the last of Austen Family Album Quilt block.

It was, sometimes,  an easy task  other no so but is done!

Now we have to prepare the union of blocks and as a preview of how it will be,

 there´s nothing better than  EQ7 to give us a little help ...

Estes são os meus primeiros 16 blocos para compor um quilt -  Austen Family Album - conforme proposta de Barbara Brackman no seu blog.
Semanalmente é proposto um bloco dedicado a um membro da família Austen.
No total serão 36.
Barbara Brackman apresenta um trabalho extraordinário de pesquisa que nos permite ficar a conhecer a Inglaterra dessa época - Finais séc XVIII  e séc XIX


These are my first 16 blocks to compose a quilt - Austen Family Album - as proposed by Barbara Brackman on her blog. 
Weekly she propose a block dedicated to a member of the Austen family.
In total there will be 36.
Barbara Brackman presents an extraordinary research that allows us to get to know how was life in England from  late eighteenth century to late nineteenth century.

Tanto tempo? So Long?

Na verdade o tempo voa......   Parece que foi ontem e já lá vão mais de dois meses sem postar.
Mas esta ausência, felizmente, tem boas razões e muitas novidades!
O regresso a Portugal da minha amiga Sil, o inicio de boas "tardadas"  de volta do nosso hobby preferido.
Já há 4 semanas começámos a fazer os blocos propostos semanalmente por Barbara Brackman no seu blog Austen Family Album
Aos serões e não só, avançamos com a execução dos nossos blocos de POTC - Lucy Boston.
Entretanto e porque o tempo livre é muito..... rsrsrsrs,  fui terminando  e fazendo novos quilts de tamanhos diversos e que já enviei para a Cristina de EntrealgodonesPatchwork para serem quiltados.

9 Patch Disappearing

Indeed time flies ...... seems like it was yesterday and over two months flew without posting.
But this absence, thankfully, has good reasons and many new things!
My friend Sil returning to Portugal and the beginning of good evenings together with our favorite hobby.
4 weeks ago we started making the blocks weekly proposed by Barbara Brackman on her blog Austen Family Album 
In the evenings and not only we also play with our POTC - Lucy Boston, EPP and Inklingo way...
Meanwhile,  because  I have plenty of free time. lol,  ..... I finished all my PHD and made others of different sizes. All are already with Cristina from EntrealgodonesPatchwork to be longarm quilted.
