Nós sabemos! - We know!

Finalmente consegui acabar os bindings de 3 pequenos quilts que fiz em 2014 e que, depois de quiltados pela Cristina de Entrealgodones Patchwork, aguardavam pacientemente que eu tivesse paciência para os fechar.

O que está em cima da minha mesa, um tecido maravilhoso que não tive coragem de cortar em pedaços mais pequenos

Finally managed to finish the bindings of 3 small quilts I made in 2014 that,  after being quilted by Cristina Entrealgodones Patchwork, were patiently waiting for me to close them.

This is on my dinner table, a wonderful fabric,  I could not cut in small pieces...

O terceiro vai ser mantido em segredo até que esteja entregue à sua destinatária, para não estragar a surpresa... apenas mostro um pormenor do quilting....

The third will be kept secret until it is delivered to the recipient, not to spoil the surprise ...just show a quilting  detail....

Acho que está na hora de fazer um balanço dos últimos tempos:

No  primeiro Bee a que me juntei em 2013  - Get Your Hex On - o meu mês como Rainha foi Julho:
Finalmente consegui terminar e colocar no seu lugar o meu - Garden On the Wall

I think it's time to make a balance  of recent times:

The first Bee I joined in 2013 - Get Your Hex On - July was my month as Queen Bee
Finally I managed to finish and put in place my - Garden On The Wall

Mais tarde aderi a outro Bee - I Love Lucy International Bee. O meu mês será em Maio e até lá vou fazendo os blocos para as minhas parceiras

Later I joined another Bee - I Love Lucy International Bee. My month is in May and until then I will be making blocks for my partners

Também aderi ao  SSCS13 proposto por Chookyblue ( com quem já tinha feito o SAL 2013)
Desta vez os deuses dos SWAPS não estiveram comigo e, até hoje, ainda não recebi o meu presente de Natal.  Não sei quem era a minha parceira que, provavelmente, pensa que eu sou rude por não lhe agradecer....
A minha prenda para a minha parceira foi esta almofada e um pequeno tapete de Natal. O pequeno coração foi feito pela minha amiga Felizarda.

My gift for my partner was this pillow cover and a small Christmas rug. Little heart was made by my friend Felizarda.

Update on EPP

Novo ano novos blocos para os Bee de EPP em que participo.
Para I love Lucy International , terminei e enviei o bloco de Janeiro e antecipei o de Março.

Hexies fever!

 Linking with Hydeeann for a EPP party!

Quando vi pela primeira vez uma peça feita com hexágonos, o meu primeiro pensamento foi:
 - Não, Nunca irei fazer estes pontos tão pequeninos!
Afinal, foi só deixar o tempo passar e cá estou eu com hexies de vários feitios e tamanhos!

When I first saw a piece made of hexies, my words were: No, I will never do these little stitches!
After all, it was just let time go by and here I am with Hexies of various shapes and sizes!

A minha primeira tentativa com EPP foram as conchas.
My first attempt with EPP were the shells.

Depois experimentei os hexagonos e, este ano ingressei no swap promovido por Janet  - Inchy Hexagon Flower Swap -  Flores já recebidas desde Fevereiro:

Entretanto, aderi ao Get Your Hex On  um BEE com a duração de onze meses, igual ao número de participantes. O meu mês como Queen foi  Julho e o meu pequeno wall hanging está praticamente pronto. Só falta colocar a moldura, quilting, binding  e pronto!

Meanwhile, I joined the Get Your Hex On - a BEE that will last for eleven months, equal to the number of participants. My month as Queen was in July and my little wall hanging is almost ready. Just  missing frame, quilting, binding and voila!

Para não parar, também me juntei a mais um BEE - I Love Lucy -    Ver post anterior
e, sem saber ainda muito bem o que vai ser feito com eles, vou compondo pequenas flores com alguns dos meus tecidos "especiais"....

Not to stop, I also joined another BEE - I Love Lucy  - and even without knowing very well what will be done with them, I'm composing little flowers with some of my "special" fabrics ....
